See where Genesis Desktop is installed and which version each computer is running. This is for your information only — it doesn't limit or block anything.
Managed Chromebooks are enrolled and tracked by Google, not Genesis — find every one by serial number, last sync, and enrollment in your school's Google Admin Console:
Computers running the installed Windows app — each reports in when a student logs in. Ones not seen for 30+ days move to Inactive below; anything silent for a year is dropped automatically (and re-appears if it comes back).
Permanently reset your entire school database. This will wipe all students, teachers, documents, and class settings.
📋 CSV format: FirstName, DisplayName, ClassTag, PIN, Username — one student per row. PIN and Username are optional: a blank PIN gets a random 4-digit passcode, and a blank Username is auto-generated from the first name (lowercased, kept unique across the school). Students sign in with School Code + Username + Passcode.
